Joel Koscielski
Senior Manager, Design & Fabrication
Within the role of Senior Manager of Design and Fabrication, Joel manages a cross-functional team to collaborate with clients to overcome challenges through the ideation, formal design, evaluation, and prototype manufacturing stages along the prototyping journey. Joel brings a decade of experience within the medical device development space within a wide range of engineering and manufacturing positions. With a strong theoretical and hands-on approach, Joel ensures products delivered by the team effectively meet our client’s unique needs, including supporting drawings, design evaluation reports, or assembly/maintenance manuals. Not afraid to get his hands dirty, operating the full range of shop equipment to get things done will help ensure there are always enough hands to get things done on time and to client specifications. He is passionate about out-of-the-box thinking, continuous improvement, and building a world-class team to help the Ottawa of tomorrow be the best that it can be.
When Joel is not working in the Lab, he dedicates his time to mentoring the youth of tomorrow through educational robotics programs, both as a volunteer at local events and as a mentor. This dedication even resulted in the founding of a new non-profit, Ottawa Community Education Robotics Association (OCERA), to help bring more STEM education to youth across the city. In the gaps between this you’ll find him cooking up a storm or using his own 3D printer to improve his house in any way he can find.

stephan tzolov
Production Engineer
Stephan began studying biochemistry in preperation for medical school before switching gears and obtaining a degree in Industrial Design from Carleton University. We’re glad he did. Stephan has since designed and created autonomous and electric vehicles for some of the leading companies in the world. He says robotics is “the coolest industry there is” and represents “endless possibilities.”
Outside of work, he’s interested in prop design, videography and illustration.
Matthieu Tanguay
Mechatronic Engineer
Matthieu comes to InDro with a wealth of experience. He holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from McGill and an M.Sc.A (Electrical) from Sherbrooke University. He worked in San Francisco, Boston and Quebec City before joining Clearpath, where he worked on multiple robots which were delivered to a plethora of clients.
When he’s not building robots, Matthieu enjoys sports ranging from Ultimate Frisbee to scuba diving (and pretty much everything in between). We’re pleased to have him on Team InDro – and the feeling is mutual.
“Robotics has been my main interest for many years,” he says. “After spending some time working in other industries – forestry and oceanography – I’m excited to be back into this field.”
Callum Cameron
Account Executive
As a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Ottawa, Callum comes to InDro with the right stuff. With previous experience in Investment Banking at CIBC Capital Markets in Toronto, he’s now based at the InDro Forge prototyping lab – where he’s involved with client demos, conferences, and ultimately helping businesses get the fabrication services needed to bring their projects to life.
“I’m excited to be working at InDro.” he says. “I’ll be helping the business grow during a critical phase of scaling and have the opportunity to help clients achieve things they never thought possible.”
When he’s not busy demonstrating and selling InDro solutions, Callum enjoys working out at the gym, as well as playing volleyball and golf.
