GO2 w

The Go2-W is an advanced, all-terrain quadruped robot that uniquely combines the stability of four legs with the speed and efficiency of in-wheel motors and 7-inch pneumatic tires. This design allows it to quickly roll on smooth surfaces (up to) and seamlessly switch to a walking gait to overcome significant obstacles, including climbing stairs or surmounting barriers up to 70 cm high.

Equipped with a super-wide-angle 3D LiDAR and an HD camera, the Go2-W excels at complex environmental perception and autonomous navigation. With a payload capacity of up to 12 kg and support for ROS 2 secondary development,  it is an ideal, versatile platform for industrial inspections, security patrols, research, and education.

key benefits of Go2 w

Hybrid Wheel-Legged Mobility

The Go2 W is specifically designed for all-terrain performance by integrating both legs and wheels. It has four legs equipped with 7-inch pneumatic tires and in-wheel motors, allowing it to seamlessly switch between two modes:

Rolling Mode: Efficient and fast movement (up to) on flat, smooth surfaces.

Walking Mode: Uses its legs to climb obstacles up to 70 cm high and navigate uneven or challenging terrain and stairs. This hybrid system provides exceptional versatility that a purely legged or purely wheeled robot lacks.

Advanced Perception and Onboard Computing

The Go2 W is equipped with high-tech sensors and a powerful processor to enable autonomous, intelligent operation.

Featuring an advanced LiDAR system which provides 360° x 90° hemispherical recognition for high-precision 3D environmental mapping and superior obstacle avoidance.

This quadruped runs on an 8-core high-performance CPU for real-time data processing, autonomous navigation, and secondary development.

Enhanced Performance and Durability

The hardware is significantly upgraded to handle demanding tasks and environments.

Go2 W has a typical payload capacity of around 8 kg (up to a maximum of 12 kg), making it suitable for carrying various sensors and equipment for inspections or research. Its 16 aluminum knee joint motors deliver a maximum joint torque of about 45 N·m.

Equipped with a large 15,000 mAh battery, offering an operational time of approximately 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the task, and supports fast charging.
